Another Rainy Morning .. Time to Relax and Dream

Spending this rainy Wednesday morning in front of the computer, while my little Princess is busy with her crayons and coloring book... Its mornings like this that makes motherhood special. In awhile i'll be off to another meeting and will surely miss this bonding time with my Princess.

I sometimes dream that someday i can just stay home and just write, have the time in my hands , do the things i love to do and guide My Princess while growing up and of course find time to put up my dream coffee shop from the workroom in my own house.

I know its still a long way to go... but who knows 2 or 3 years from now, all these will come true....

Reading Along.... and finding your Dreams

I started reading some entries to Soulfood by Bo Sanchez as boosters before i start writing... His words of wisdom really can uplift one's spirit and feel good about life despite the hardships. This week he Talked about surrendering One's Dreams to God in Bo.Sanchez.Ph ... Ironically i was thinking about My Pasta-Cart Dream this afternoon, full of excitement, i was telling hubby how i envisioned this dream of mine...

So today I pray and surrender this Dream to the Big Boss... and I am confident sometime soon, this Dream will soon become a reality....

Justice Finally Served

After three (3) years fighting head on, we finally had the taste of sweet victory when we received thru post decision of NLRC Appeal . My hands were shaking as I read the 10 page decision, and tears almost fell when the Commission finaly declared that Hubby was illegally terminated by his former employers and were asked to pay all backwages and unpaid benefits. Aside from the monetary reward, what made us happy was the feeling that all the hard work, pain, stress and tears in that three year legal battle was worth it. At last we were vindicated and Justice was Served !

After a Decade... Here's the Sulits

After a decade, we were finally complete when my brother Thomas came home from Canada. It was a fun filled vacation at bora even if I was only able to join them a night (most of my siblings went home to Manila the day afte we arrived)....

Although Julia and I were not able to enjoy the vacation due to bad weather but at least we were able to spend a night w/ the whole family...

Until the next reunion in 2012 !!!

Sick Again

Just saw my pulmonologist today who advised me to rest for 3-5 days again due to flu and asthma.. so I'm under house arrest again...

I'm thinking of using this time to reflect and sort things out... hopefully it will be a productive forced vacation ..
